The smooth transition between kindergarten and the two elementary schools, as well as close cooperation, enable a holistic learning environment. Our team attaches great importance to a successful and individual acclimatization in the nursery, kindergarten and after-school care areas.
A major focus of our pedagogical work is intensive language education. In addition to the mother tongue, the children are introduced to the foreign language in a playful way. In doing so, we awaken the joy of communication and promote the children's intercultural competencies. In a language-filled environment, the children experience the foreign language English in the entire daily routine and thus in the various everyday situations. In doing so, the language is taught in context and is integrated into the activities.
Eating meals together in a quiet atmosphere has a special significance in our facility. We offer the children health-conscious, balanced and varied all-day meals from our own kitchen. In addition, we have set ourselves the goal of awakening in the children the joy of healthy eating and to apply the knowledge they have acquired themselves.
In our daycare center, the children are supported daily with various educational activities. In doing so, the educators address the children's current topics and use a diverse range of materials and didactic knowledge to teach the children basic skills through fun and games. We want to make the children entrusted to us curious about life. The desire and joy of discovery is important in order to promote all competencies in a holistic way from an early age. Particularly important to us is the acquisition of social skills and the teaching of values and norms, these give the children security and support in everyday life. We support the children in acting in a self-determined and appropriate manner, without losing sight of the community and their role in it.
Special attention is paid to school preparation. For us, the development of the necessary skills begins with the youngest children. Through the daily activities also carried out in the nursery, we can build on the children's skills year after year. The early introduction to cultural techniques such as reading, writing and first basic mathematical skills characterize our daily pedagogical work and are anchored in the Saxon educational plan.
